There is a lot of talk in some circles about the importance of caring for our military vets. Much of it is lip service. ESPÍRITU Landing Zone offers a unique time and space to share our stories with each other in a supportive and encouraging setting. Topics: Cultivating resiliency and authenticity. Finding ways to stand firm with flexibility and grace. Living more at ease with uncertainty and emerging stronger and more whole.

This is a non-riding retreat. No prior experience with horses needed. ESPÍRITU is a vet owned business.

Replenish yourself emotionally and spiritually with amazing horses in a beautiful, natural setting with colleagues and fellow heroes. Return home renewed and ready to re-engage the world.

There is growing awareness and appreciation for the wisdom horses offer people. The trouble is, most do not know how to connect with horses, let alone how to communicate with them. Mind-body awareness will allow access the inner wisdom and resourcefulness of your heart and spirit. Authentic dialogue with colleagues and new friends to open new possibilities. Practice listening to the energetic exchange between the horse and yourself.

This is a non riding retreat. No prior experience necessary. ESPÍRITU is co-founded by Lisa Holden, RN, a former healthcare executive.

Summer Equine Retreat

This is a non-riding day designed to acquaint you with ways to connect with horses by connecting more deeply with yourself in a safe, fun and hands-on way on a horse ranch.

Earth is a busy and noisy place. Everything is in motion and always changing. We are surrounded by impermanence everywhere we look. The challenge we each face at some point is how to find and remain true to who we really are when the forces around us want only to shape and draw us away from our true self. ESPÍRITU Summer Retreat is a time to step away from the rush of life to re-set and replenish ourselves in a safe, fun and memorable way.

No prior experience with horses is required.
